To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-15 days and the refund amount will be credited to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges or restocking fees that may apply.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
