Order Processing and Shipment

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in Australia Post's system.

Delivery

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure that the Products are delivered to the intended recipient. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, Australia Post may leave a card with instructions for collection or re-delivery.
